Refunds and Returns
Happy customers are our number one priority!! Shop in confidence knowing that if the item is not quite what you expected or it clashes with the curtains or the dog keeps barking at it then you can send it back for a full refund of your original payment.
Our Returns policy is simple! If the product is not suitable for any reason then we will happily offer a No Quibble full refund. All we ask is that you let us know that the item is to be returned and that you send it back to us within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the product is in the same condition as delivered and that it is repackaged in its original packaging where possible. You are responsible for the item until it is returned to us so please ensure that you use a suitable postal service bearing in mind the potential fragility and value of the item.
If we have agreed to refund your return postage then this will only be to the value of the cheapest postage available.
You will receive a full refund as soon as the item has been delivered back to Second Nature.
