Making A Purchase
By placing an order with Second Nature, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agree to accept these terms and conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then please contact us at feedback@secondnatureonline.co.uk before placing an order with us.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. A Contract between the customer and Second Nature for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen - please refer to our returns policy, below. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery times
and charges.
Second Nature aims to deliver goods of the highest quality. Every effort is made to display only items that are in stock or which can be dispatched to you quickly. From time to time we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable, in which case we will advise you immediately. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to 1) order an alternative, 2) have the products sent as soon as they become available or 3) to cancel the order. You will not be charged for any items until we have confirmed your response to you by email.
All prices quoted are in British pounds sterling (£ / GBP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the appropriate rate where applicable. We make every effort to ensure the prices are accurate, however changes beyond our control do occasionally occur. If this happens we will contact you before shipping your order to gain your agreement to the revised price or to amend or cancel the order. You will not be charged for any items until we have confirmed your response to you by email.
Orders are accepted at the sole discretion of Second Nature and are subject to your credit or account card being authorised for the transaction. All transactions are conducted through a secure web server. We accept most major credit and debit cards via Protx a secure web server. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your order being placed. This will include your order number, our contact details, a full list of the products you have ordered and all costs.
If you wish to pay by cheque either email us at info@secondnatureonline.co.uk with your requirements, or call us to place your order. Cheques should be made payable to "Second Nature". The goods will be despatched once we have cleared funds. This usually takes 5-10 working days, depending on post.
Every effort is taken to ensure that the information contained in this web site is correct and up to date. However, Second Nature disclaims all warranties and representations as to the accuracy of any information contained if at any time it becomes inadvertently out of date or incomplete. Second Nature cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of this information.

Second Nature delivers to the UK, Europe and the USA.
Standard UK shipping is £3.50, free when you spend over £80.00.
UK
Please note our delivery charges relate to All postcodes in England and Wales(Zone 2), DD excluding DD6, AB10-AB16, AB2, AB21-AB30, AB39 and PH2 (Zone 3). Delivery is available to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, N. Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Eire but due to your location please call or email for a quote and order either by phone, email or use the fax form if you live in these areas. We apologise for the inconvenience, but we are sure you would like the ability to choose.

For all PL and TR postcodes we are able to offer all deliveries as next day for our standard delivery charge, free if you spend more than £80.
We use recorded first class post or courier services (ANC) as selected by either the class of service option during checkout or total parcel weight.
Europe and USA
We are delighted to ship to Europe and the United States of America, however as the cost of each parcel is based on weight and speed of delivery, please email us at info@secondnatureonline.co.uk with your requirements and we will gladly advise you of the cost.
Wherever possible all outgoing parcels are packed using materials re-cycled inhouse, reducing the waste we generate and our resource consumption.
Delivery Schedule
All orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days; if there is likely to be a delay we will inform you as soon as possible. Monday to Friday we aim to ship within one day of receiving an order and orders received before 12am are usually dispatched same day. Orders placed after 12am on Friday, any time on Saturday or Sunday will normally be dispatched on the Monday.
Tax Charges
All prices are show in UK pounds and are inclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate where applicable.
Credit Card Security
Your credit/debit card details are entered on a Protx Secure ePayments web server with 128bit encryption. Click the padlock symbol in your browser for details of the encryption. We accept most major credit and debit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Electron.

Complaints Procedure
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within three working days. Please email feedback@secondnatureonline.co.uk or call us on 0845 60 33 243. If for any reason we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise you on how long we expect it will take and keep you fully informed throughout the process.
Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. So if you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, you can return any item in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund.
You also have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days without giving a reason and return the goods to Second Nature for a full refund. Any refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation. Your statutory rights are not affected.
